![]() Please, let’s accept that we can all make mistakes and that’s ok. If you're so smart, then tell me, why are you still so afraid? It is actually a hard thing to do, the song being great from beginning to end (yes, we all get it, I’m a big fan), but this is my selection:ġ. I’m rediscovering Vienna on such a perfect timing of my life and that’s why I decided to highlight some parts of the lyrics in order to illustrate the advice we can get from it. Now that my 30’s are almost here I started wondering - as most people do, I guess and hope so too - about the priorities and the pace that my life had so far and how it should be in the future. ![]() And since we’re in 2019, I’m sharing it on a social network, it is mostly LinkedIn material I guess cause from my point of view I’m relating it more to my professional path so far and I’ll explain why. The lyrics are so thruthfull and inspiring to me that I decided to write this open letter to all young (or not) people I know and, most of all, to myself. I mean, I don’t know if you know this song, but it is so good in so may ways - the rhythm, the instruments, but most importantly, the lyrics - that I think you will all forgive me for listening to it over and over again. Since then I’ve been a bit obsessed with that song (yes, Spotify must be wondering if something’s wrong with my account). A few weeks ago I was in the car with my husband and we came across an old song we both like so much: Vienna, by Billy Joel.
